 The following links will answer many of the questions you may have about our courses.  Please email our Training Coordinator for answers to questions that you do not find answered here.

How do I pay?
You may pay in any one of three ways.
1 - using Paypal, you can click here and, using our shopping cart, pay on-line.
2 - you may pay with Visa or Mastercard by calling (479) 785-2323 during normal business hours and asking for Kim.
3. You may mail a check to:

How do I login?
Once you have registered and pay for a course, you will be issued a username and password, along with a link to the on-line training page.  Logins are valid for 30 days per class (if you register for all three courses, your login will be valid for 90 days)

How and where do I take the examination?
Upon completion of a course, an email must be sent to our Training Coordinator.  We will then coordinate a time and place for the examination to take place that is suitable to both student and examination proctor.  Examinations will always be available at our scheduled in-class courses.

How and when do I get the results?
As in our in-class training, the ASAA does NOT grade the examinations.  We send student's answer sheets to the Arkansas State Police for grading.  Results are emailed back to the ASAA, who will then send a notification email to the student and issue the certificate.  We do not promise a time frame to know results, but the process has never taken longer than one week.
